I am completely new to TOS. And this is my first character.
I have read some article about wizard. ([Guide] Mage Builds General Discussion 💥)
I want to play PVP and GVG and not too hard for leveling in PVE.
It seems that the following build is good for me:
Wizard C3 > Psycho C3 > Warlock C1

And many people debates what stats is suitable for wizard, and most of them tends to add CON.
Could you give me some advise? Currently I am adding Full CON. Thanks
