What skills can be made into scrolls? and build

im thinking of making a support/pardoner build in the future
what skills can be made into scrolls, i searched already (so pls dont say “search u lazy ass” ) but they al seem outdated i think bcuz now evryone only sells preist buffs. i dont really like priest so what skills can be made into scroll? and also, what does leveling simony do? whn i put points in it it doesnt change… and how is oblation good? dont you lose money… the indulgenta says something about oblation count.
im also guessing that fortune teller (future cleric class) will be a class thats like pardoner

Spell Shop and Simony are 2 different skills.

Spell Shop is a direct buff selling shop and (at least currently) only works with some Priest Buffs which use items.

Simony is the scroll making skill. You can sell those scrolls on the Market. The level of Simony allows you to make higher level scrolls but you also need those skills on that level what scroll you want to make. For example lvl 5 Daino Scroll needs lvl 5 Simony and lvl 5 Daino. If any of your skills are lower you can only make a lower level skill.

Is my understanding of Simony accurate?

EDIT: I think I should make something clear right off the bat. SIMONY IS NOT THE BUFF SHOP! To all these people out there who seem to think that the shops Pardoners have open in cities who are selling priest buffs are doing so by selling scrolls, you are mistaken. Scrolls go to the market. The last list of skills that can be made into scrolls seems to be :
Cleric - Cure, Deprotected Zone
Krivis - Aukuras, Daino, Zalciai
Priest - Monstrance
Paladin - Restoration, Turn Undead, Barrier
Oracle - Arcane Energy, Clairvoyance, Forecast
