What should i take Mergen or Hackapell

Hey there guys, Im a Ar 2 Qs 3 Wugu 2 now.
What is the best choice for Rank 8?? Ive write down some of my toughts.

Mergen - as far i know, Mergen needs crits (DEX) to deal tons of damage, But having wugushi c2 on my build, which is STR oriented cause poisons do not crit, Do i still do great damage with STR Mergen??

Hackapelle - Ive saw a lot of people going ar 2 qs 3 wugu 2 hackapell or ar 1 qs 3 wugu 3 hackapell. But the thing is, the skill sets of wugushi c2 - c3 will dismount you. But on the otherside having a 3 socket sword as an off hand,
it will drastically empower my running shot’s attacks.

I need your comments/opions/recommendations. Thanks

its ok if you are not str type to be a wugu, i guess that would open up your choices. Your damage scales with your patk as well so you can ignore str and get damage from other sources.

theres an addon, Mounter er good that helps with mounting companion. so even if you get dismounted, you can remount easier
