That whole line of reasoning is ridiculous. Lottery companies have the means and plenty of manpower to ensure the winners did in fact win. IMC does not.
So you really can’t use this to justify anything.
Ok but the whole point with the server logs is that it records everything that happens unless there’s a recent channel crash, in which case IMC can still check if the log exists. If the log does exist, then the upgrade is legitimate.
I don’t actually know how the server logs work and neither does anyone outside of IMC. So everything anybody has to say about channel crashes removing recent logs is just assumption.
The jury’s still out on the server log thing.
I’m definitely of the camp that if they both existed and were set up in a way the GMs could effectively use, they wouldn’t be begging us for screenshots of exploited items, and this mess never would have happened.
Is that an assumption? Sort of. More like a very, very strong educated guess.
The only other alternative is that there’s nobody driving the car for most hours of most days. So either way, the situation is ■■■■■■ and there’s inadequate enforcement. So the lottery company comparison still doesn’t work.

Did the OP claim that it was done with only a single weapon? No.
He even wrote that many GCs were used to create this +15 weapon. DId you even read the OPs post?
so your logic is if you disagree you didn’t read? are you serious? uhh or maybe because its just pointless? “I really love QS so much I must create a +15 GC with perfect potential so I can sell it.
