I have always been a fan of games with PK servers, so playes can choose to be in a non-pk server or not.
I used to enjoy games with system of ‘‘if you kill several times your name will become red and people can kill you and you will drop an item’’
And the ''if you kill a few amount of red names you will get this or that or blue ‘‘hero’’ name or whatever.

All the suggested game modes are nice n all but the real/bigger underlying problem is the movement mechanic of the game. As it is, the melee classes’ skills are so easily avoided by a simple move+jump combination… movement is like the most used fundamental mechanic in the game, available for everyone for no resource at all. Now, melee skills, when executed, bounds the user until animation is over. During this time, the opponent can just jump out of the skill to avoid all damage. Making jumping the best damage mitigation for melee attacks.
Additionally, if the melee skill somehow lands… then the damage is subjected to another wall of defensive mechanics. These are block, dodge, and def… Making melee skills so easily avoided and mitigated. This is why swordsman classes are so underwhelming in PvP instances.
On the other hand, magic damage is ranged, unblockable and undodgable. Its only mitigated by mdef. And even mdef is so bad at mitigating magic damage you’re better of not depending on it at all.
Sooo… I’m not sure how IMC can balance this issues without breaking the most basic and fundamental mechanics of the ToS world.
All balancing issues aside: I would like to see capture the flag, capture the point, arena and some kind of GvG mode. I really don’t mind if it is like WoE, a bigger arena or another mode. GvGs are kinda rare in mmos but they are so much fun to play! 
Con is a better defense against magic than SPR is…
Serious pvp is likely to be dominated by High con players, since damage will be less important than living though the opponent’s CC. Players tend to have lower defense than monsters of the same level anyway.
Unless survival isn’t actually possible of course. Then it’ll be rocket tag at its finest.
Well to fix the bigest pvp problem they need to make so jump is in no way help you avoid damage.
For this they need to make so there no difference between targets on the graund and in the air (flaying).
Rocket tag, heh heh.
He who strikes first locks their opponent into 20-30 seconds of inability to fight back~
I’m not even that curious about what pvp-stuff the future of TOS may hold for now, to be honest.
Probably in the minority here, but to me it doesn’t have to necessarily have a pvp-element to be interesting and fun ;O
I’d be more interested in things that require co-operation first. Instance dungeons as they are at the moment, aren’t even really scratching the surface of that. What I mean is like actual changing mazes with traps and puzzles that are different every time you go in, someone in the group having to do something separate to keep the group alive or just get them to the other side or a special room, stuff like that.
sighs honestly id be surprised if they do anything cool like that. Random generated dungeons, mazes, puzzles and such. Would love that too.
Honestly im comin to this game from FFXIV since XIV has its share of problems, but eh…unless its DQX im really gettin tired of the MMO scene now. Hope ToS turns out to be somethin decent.

Too many MMORPG devs think it’s worth mindlessly wasting resources developing a shitty version of a moba PvP mode just because of the recent moba popularity boom caused by League of Legends in their game only for it to crash and burn.
The game does not need a half-assed shitty moba pvp mode.

As for instanced dungeons that are good,we are so need this.
A moba gamemode for pvp would be cool. In other mmorpg like Devilian works well.
But what I really want is WoE (War of Emperium).

Where did i say it?if you dont like or want it then its ok.but its the one of the pvp modes i like to see in this game.
Millions of people like the moba genre.
5-10 guys here isn’t nothing relevant.
If IMC implement a moba gamemode more people will be happy by pure statistics.
And remember, being an optional pvp gamemode. There is no reason to be unhappy with it. And of course, isn’t a waste of resources because some guys here don’t like mobas.
That’s not how resource management works.
