I think, they just don’t care.
Just see the gm in this forum, even if they are tied by rules, they are not forced to be absent almost 100% of times or should just resign.
Even if they know already about japan nexon having 100 000+ players because they have real qualified employees and gm they still don’t care about itos version.
They won’t ever get a publisher because they’ll be force to begin to work, instead, they use 90% profit for mobile version and their new game wolf knights.
Just korean video game mentality.

Tos lost 40k players and IMC was able to simply huehue everything. One year and counting, many bugs and exploits from beta are still around. They are turning themselves into some serious laughing stock. The amount of population drop since February isnt even significant to them when compare to the amount they’ve lost since open beta. If you think IMC will work extra hard just because of some population drop, you are too naive.

sorry but i think TOS is will be better 2018 (coz 2016 disaster, 2017 is fixing, 2018 should be playable…)
and 2020 TOS will be great again!
but i wont play TOS ever again…
