I intend to follow this guide when making a PvE-focused Archer. I’m curious what makes Fletcher a more appealing class option than other Archer options at that Circle. For those who got a chance to play a Fletcher or Archers at the endgame stages, why is Fletcher an appealing choice for PvE?

Because they have 3 skills with 0 cooldown
the rest have 5/10 seconds CD
also high damage with AoE
magic arrow does damage per second(10 sec duration with 5 sec cd)
bad part only is the sp (you will keep spamming out and run out of sp)
Is ranger3 the best option for a fletcher3? I mean the class with most sinergy
Yes. 0cd high damage abilities from Fletcher make Steady Aim’s damage bonus only shine that much more since you’ll be dishing out more separate attacks per second than any other class.
