as title, my archer at lvl 220 with full leather now have 162 crit rate. it is possible to reach 470+ crit rate to get 40% crit chance to combine with rouge c3 ?
yes, especially if you use crossbow+offhand weapon. lv7 green gem on off hand is +114 critical rate
