IMC didn’t even announce the channel reduction, they weren’t measures to fix lag but to pay less for their servers as they no longer need channels to hold 50k players because 40k players quit the game.
Also, please do buy me a VPN, my country is on a terrible economic situation because a jud*n became the president.

I’ve heard new channel appears once other channel’s char limit reached.
So all we need is to infest game with more bots to fill existing channels.

It was because the large amount of channel were the cause of performance issues with the game. And also the population is back down to what it was before F2P, so the staff thought it should have no negative impact to reduce the channels back to early access times for improved stability.
The problem is at any given time 95% of the people playing the game are all in the same places, demon prison, dina bee farm, alemeth forest, evacuation zone, storage, and abby. This is an massive cluster fu**, were there some areas that could of afforded to have the channels trimmed, ofc, but you cant just paint the whole game with that brush, RIP farming or grinding.

I don’t see this as a problem with channels but more of a problem with the maps not balanced enough. It sucks that only 10% of the maps have a reasonable amount of spawns, so all people go there to grind. And often it’s not the whole map having good spawns but instead just 1-3 small area on that map. It’s basically designed to please bots and afk sorcs.
The should instead Merge SEA server and then release a new one called…

Rent a dedicated server. Install CentOS. Install OpenVPN.
Use VPN, lease VPN, be VPN.
More like use VPN, get your data sold, get hacked, lag in game even worse because of â– â– â– â– connection given by the free VPN.
That’s why i said make ur own vpn server.
