What exactly does each level of trade restriction entail?

I see that it was just updated (lovely new inventory, by the way!) but I cannot seem to find any information on exactly what it means to be a certain grade of trade restriction. (0-5?).

Last time I checked the little screenshot was in korean. Still the same? At least they should add a screenshot in english…

Also the “Steam Guard” level is misleading: I have activated it for ToS and still don’t have the check. When you go to the market (or use the help), it says this level depends on the amount of TP you have BOUGHT from Steam. Since I’ve bought 100 TP since the beginning, I suppose it’s not enough to get the +2 level from that

same, still max is 5 so it makes no difference other than completion sake…
