What does a Sapper 3 skill distribution look like?

Seem like sapper takes too much time setting stuff up to be any useful, but im determined to get through it out of boredom.

What does the skill distribution look like? What skills are decent and which ones are really bad? For example I see no use in punji with a 3 second cast time.

Thanks for any help I really appreciate it!

punji can kill mobs in 300 maps with no weapons equipped…just leave 1 point in punji. should youtube it. max out broomtrap. max out spike shooter if you want but long cooldown. Max out claymore. After thats it up to u. I like detonation but becomes weak in late game. And can destroy team mates traps. Stacked cades is nice 3 hits per contact on mobs.

Really appreciate the help!

Are you referring to punji + stockades combo? I heard it doesn’t work anymore.

this is just a bunch of text

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Of46pyYLuF4 here is an example. Though this is partially a hidden mechanic. Punji isnt what makes it strong. The attribute it has makes it strong doing damage from your physical attack to enemies who are knocked down near each other. When u punji a mob u can do the damage in this video as well takes practice and a large size mob will alot of hp. If they dont have enough hp it will not work. The punji debuff will make it any enemies who were hit by punji, when knocked down near by other enemies itl will do the stacks of damaged numbers again. Very hard to pull off but the punji part is easy to pull off.

the more mobs there are the more damage is done. I have potentially killed monsters in 290 dungeon with no weapon using punji…but u only need 1 point in punji. As i said the damage comes your physical attack. Leveling it only increases the duration
