What classes have no fitting advancements atm

I don’t see a problem with the classes don’t having a fitting advancement, because this game is not really about linear progression, the problem is that some classes, specially swordman have some crazy synergies (looking at you Murmillo).

The +150% is not multiplicative, you will literally give the backstab 567% + 150%, so 717%, it works just like Agny Necklace.

since the nerfed mata and limited the use of the taunt, which is what i wanted to do on my dopp, there isnt really anything to progress to. Unless you want to go murm for the helmet buff only lol

So you’re saying daggers can reach the same amount of Min/Max atk damages as swords ?

Still less than a sword. I maybe wrong but I don’t think you can reach 4/5k Min/Max atk on a dagger and on a sword. So 567% of 4/5k is still better than 1417% of 1/2k.

You’re talking about PvE way in this case, and I agree with you. But I disagree for Sneak Hit, in this case people would not take Rogue at all in Hacka builds (not saying they are all taking Rogue but it’s working really great when combined in PvE).

Same enhancement, same trans, ratios are sometimes losing if they are not enough to carry your damages. It would be worth it with a +180/200% bonus.

5000 * 567/100 = 33350 * 150/100 = 83375

5000 is an exemple value.

you can reach 4300-4660 attack on +11 trans 10 level 350 dagger (the one with the bonus damage on backstab) and 4681-5080 attack on +11 trans 10 equivalent sword.

The attack difference is really small imo. Also, while sword only boosts max patk with red gems, you’ll get a boost in both min and max patk with red gems on dagger. The only real benefit of sword is that yellow gems have more crit attack on mainhand than offhand.

judging from the description the additional damage % are flat and added on top, so it is 567+150 = 717%. That’s still a good boost, considering you’ll get 150x2x3 = 900% additional damage per CD (= sth along the lines of every 12 seconds).
let’s make an example:

lets say patk for dagger is 4500 and 4800 for sword, the backstab damage would be
34,02 x 4800 = 163296 for sword
43,02 x 4500 = 193590 for dagger

the dagger has less overall costs (upgrade/transcendence) and only loses out if we calculate in some really high-leveled crit damage gems.
It’s basically the same as Rod+Dagger on Thauma vs Staff on Thauma, dagger is more efficient with less investment while Staff is a little better with more investment.

However, if the Rogue plans to autoattack,too,as filler, Dagger becomes better once again because it has a higher base Aspd.

Cryo 3 kino 3 RC. probably go shadowmancer 1. but feels lack luster.

PP Icewall build? This may sound strange but you can always pick Enchanter for a slight increase to the damage.

Choosing a circle 1 for rank 9 feels lackluster in my opinion.

I might reset to get rid of rune caster and just go shadow 2 or enchanter 2 for lightning hands.

Shadow and enchanter both feel right for the build by compensating for lack of dps in between icewall casting. But I feel like rune of ice is too strong in the build to skip.

or i can go cryo 3 wiz 2 kino 1 RC and then shadow or enchanter.

My Schwarz Appraiser probly just gonna take Ranger 3 since he cant use the R9s :v

SR, doppel, falconners and corsair have a real problem on rank 9.

alchemist is ■■■■ too but its already completely bullshit so w/e.

Falconers3 are fine and quite strong with BM and Mergen. SR3 can go BM too.

I imagine a farming corsair like this: Sw3Pelt1Corsair3Doppel1 and as final rank Doppel2 or Shinobi.

BM for SR is bad cause you cant use skills mounted.

corsair 3 is good with SHINOBI and barb so you most likely go barb2 to get Warcry, Frenzy and Seism on r9, or if you are hop go hop2, or if you are Highlander ur doing it wrong. :tired:

or i’d go memillo r8/9 and give up the pistols…

It fits well with barb2 and Shinobi, i didn’t think about them.

For Alchemist I guess I will go back to my original build with which I started her ;3

Hoping that they will allow using skills from devil (pretty much how Lycanthropy skill works, it just overides few skill slots with monster skills while rest is still usable as normal, so I keep Lycanthropy and Hengestone under Druid Lycan and Transform skills buttons.
Pet uses your Magic Attack stat when you summon him and it doubles when you ride him so for Sorc 2 its probably better than using SPR

Enhance and trans work the same way on daggers as on swords. The only difference is that swords have more base attack, so after enhancing they’re not actually very different.

TBH I probably wouldn’t take Rogue at all in my Hacka build if I wanted optimal DPS. I tried both Fletcher and Rogue with Hacka and the damage from Fletcher is just much better because you have more skills to use in between your hacka cooldowns while Rogue only has the mediocre backstab. I’m only running Rogue at all because I like the melee archer theme, I really do think it’s just a garbage class.

Source? My backstabs are doing way more than just 150% more of my attack with Karacha set compared to without, so I’m not sure why the new dagger would work any different. Agny was specifically nerfed like that because it was just broken and worked for way too many skills compared to just boosting one skill, I don’t think they changed Karacha except to nerf it from +300% damage to +150% since they changed the damage formula.

Which brings us again to the original problem: to get the most out of rogue you need this dagger, for just one skill, which if you’re going Hackapell doesn’t even work with the rest of your skills, so you need to invest in both AND you need to manually swap to your dagger for every backstab (I.E. every 10 seconds) because you can backstab with a sword meaning it won’t autoswap. And if you’re not going Hackapell, you still have the same problem of needing to invest in a 2h bow or a pistol along with your dagger/1h bow, but at least you’ll autoswap to dagger when you need to backstab.

The way the weapon swapping works in this game is just super bad and makes builds that require multiple weapons clumsy when they’re already unattractive for being more expensive (having to invest in multiple weapons, which is more expensive than ever thanks to transcendence)

People speaking of truth and best options, comparing low level gear like karacha set just triggers me.

Karacha set is being compared for the effect which is the same as the new level 350 dagger.
