Based in my experience, those are the classes I don’t see very often lately:
Hunter
Rogue
Krivis
Paladin
Sorcerer(maybe after the new patch coming i’ll see more of them)
Pyromancer(now that agny isn’t OP as before)
Yeah, hopefully that gets fixed relatively soon, in the meantime moving away from the circles seem to get them started. Being able to have resist elements up nearly 100% of the time with meltsis is great.
Comparable to Doppel3 Attributed Zornhau which has less than half the CD, only needs to be used once and Doppel has plenty more attacks

well doppels are the most mainstream class right now and that is a 3rd circle skill so 3rd circle templar would add more lvl and damage
