Is that for real, we get a DPK bug, where a lot of high level players abuse it and drop tons of boxes and get their asses full of itens and etc… So IMC temporary restrict their access to the game longer then the honest players, and instead of banning or simply removing the buggy itens they give them an extremely useful and enormous reward as a “compensation for the inconvenience of restricting them”… This is unacceptable, honest people suffer with this, we have to pay milions of silver in game for itens and just got a miserable compensation for the “inconvenience” and bug abusers who deserve a ban, gets tons of amazing rewards and cash itens. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG IMC! THINK TWICE, FOR LAIMA’S SAKE!

Everyone had to have received the compensation and not only who inadvertently was in the wrong place and who was there farming. The community does not work together for everyone to receive, i say… Injustice!
Rollback > Compensation and block.
You are totally right. BUT, honest players like us are just the minority here. They abused the system and now get Token, Leticias Cubes, tons of Vouchers…
This only shows how bad this game is managed.

Yes this is totally outrageous! was there people unaware of the bug ? Yes there was, but it was mostly and ONLY new players, all of the old players knew it was a bug and istead of reporting it, they went to abuse it the most they could, and yet they got a reward for the “incovenience”,
IMC you don’t know portuguese or any other SA server language, but if you knew you would see facebook forums full of toxic players boasting themselves for BUG exploiting and being rewarded for it. How fair do you think it is?
I never see a company fives rewards for bad playes and bug exploit, this is mt fist time, we honest playes deserve more than THAT rewards.
Just sayin, a see a LOT of playes QUIT the game because this.

it’s simply wrong to call it selfish, when a person thinks only about only his own pregression, and not how the issue causes problem for the whole server.

The real solution to this type of bug is simple: perma ban all abusers no exception, rollback the server to the moment before the problem occured. No compensations of any kind.
Off course, since the server population is low, this type of solution will never occur, not now, not in the future (for other bugs that may arise).
The solution that IMC gave only encouraged abusers to exploit old/new bugs, because they will never be punished, and will receive good compensations after investigations.
First, we would like to remind all users who are unable to access the server that their accounts have not been banned. We have temporarily locked accounts in order to complete follow-up procedures that may take some time.
This involves checking and retrieving the items that were acquired through irregular DPK.
Please note that players whose accounts are considered to have abused the issue will NOT be receiving compensation.
