What are Hunting Grounds?

I understand they are maps meant for grinding for more silver/gear and i’m trying to get 170 gear but i’m not sure where the maps are or if there’s a “hunting grounds map list”.

Anyone out there have an idea?

Ah sorry I forgot to add the name, it’s Grynas Hills (Lv 25x) the new HGs are Lv 290-320.
