We NEED Staff ppl on the Forums

There’re a lot of issues, but there’s one that no one notices and is that we have no Moderators or Admins answering on the forums.
Since Julie is no longer here, no one answers any of the topics created… and, I know there are like 1289738912 topics talking abour teh same thing over and over… but you guys could at least answer at 1 and we will quote it on all the other related topics.
We NEED to know that you are aware about the problems, and we DESERVE to know what are you doing to fix it… cuz, even if it’s a F2P, there are people who buy TP and stuff just to help you get better conditions (at least that’s why I pay whenever I can)

So, PLEASE, give us staff member that really interact with us, and give us info… we don’t want to just wait every “patch note” thatdoesn’t say anything about our real issues.

The forums remembers.

I liked Julie, she gave us hope, but you have to admit she smack-talked her employer quite abit. In most work places that type of attitude could indeed get you fired, which probably happened to her alas.

Not that it excuses the roundabout drone answers, but still. We can only wait and see if they actually slowly evolve or not.

If they offered some alternative/replacement (someone new who don’t smack talk but does communicate with players) I wouldn’t mind. But they didn’t, and it’s getting reaaaaally frustrating for a lot of people.

They need a moderator to replace Julie. She was nice but let’s face it, she didn’t do her job well enough. They need a mod to cut down on the number of troll topics, trash behavior, repeated topics, and organize this mess.

There needs to be a type of warning system in place, bans, deleting and moving of topics and so on. Without rules the forum is so annoying to look at when it was once very pleasant and nice. I find myself going to the subreddit more often to have a normal conversation than this place.

We do not need someone to bot reply to every topic saying “yes we are looking in to your problem”. They are looking into the problems. They say it on the announcements. Learn to be patient and READ and not be so needy for attention.

If you are constantly wasting their time, they can’t actually do their job and nothing gets done.

We wouldnt post repetitive topics if they answering us? Dont blame the players that want to play normal. They love the game but this developer cant handle it. admit it.

Mostly because Julie was the ONLY Staff, that actually played this Game. She knew about IG stuff/buggs/errors, because she was also playing it.
So sure she was also annoyed from all the little (and not so little) issues this game has…
(I am so sorry to say this again and again. I really love the Game and want to play. But the laggs and delays and FPS drops are so BAD atm. I just have to close the game, take a deep breath and walk away from my computer or else I am going to cry… )

I am in doubt that any other StaffMember actually plays it. And with playing it I mean : like we all do it. Not like a GM with GM features etc.

But yeah:
Look at the forum. It is a mess. Threads with the same topic everywhere. Not a single answer in any of it.

So much Hate

We need more Forum mods. We need Staff that knows the Game, knows the market and are able to talk.
We “Fans” have to tear nearly every single little answer out of IMC. And even then it is hard to get a real helpful anser out of them…
It is just sad…

I understand you but at the moment, it’s the best they should not reply indivualy to each topic but make annoucement instead. Because if they start now, people will lash out on them.

After, the game stabilize and angry/impatient people will leave, they could begin to engage some convo on forum.

People are lashing out because of the lack of information, communication, and general transparency. Waiting until people are so frustrated at the absence of support on this product that they end up quitting is legit one of the worst ways they could handle it. There should be both announcements and a forum presence from IMC here.

People just don’t read them for whatever reason. They are on the front page even. They are just not in general discussion… there is more to this webpage than general discussion.

Gee thanks for completely missing the point. The user I quoted stated there should only be announcements. I stated there should be both.

But I agree,none of it is enough and they fail to realize what even just a little more communication could do to push things in their favor.

From all the revenue this game is generating, I’d be surprised if IMC decides to hire another staff. This game is on a very slippery slope.

There were, indeed, active forum staff, tried to answer all the questions…until people shiet on them.
