I don’t think they will ever introduce a 24 hour pvp system since it has been like 2 years since they introduced TBL and I remember what a cluster ■■■■ that was. I mean I was an ele(wiz), so I had fun because I had full con and a animus at that time, meaning I ran around one shoting people with either magic missle, or the old level 5 ele circle that did aoe damage and slowed targets which people could never escape from, so once they got caught they were dead. The old meme of Tree of Wizards was active for a large portion of ToS life. Eventually the did start to “fix” things so other classes had a chance to but their fixes basically would over buff one class tree, so rotations started to happen. A player named Kirito was also cheating a lot, glitching out of the map and doing other random bullshit to fit his role play persona when in reality he was just an asshat.
First it was swordy op, then cleric then archer, and depending on the new class they implemented they were downright broken. When I came back to the game from a long break smolki gear was being introduced and TBL was a little better for a small amount of time. I played TBL sometimes when I was in the mood, but sometimes it was annoying as hell especially if when you started to see a trend of the top pvp people in the same group and you know its a autoloss.
I remember they introduced trans and ranky bk was playing a SW with a +16 or better weapon I think it was a +26 espada that was transed but I didn’t ask all I know is that it was annoying as ■■■■ to play against him, because marching fire go Brrrrrr and everyone died.
Bhikku was a big part of the scene as well and was annoying to deal with as well, I don’t remember correctly so I might be wrong, but I positive he was somewhat of an elitist, and got mad if a person ■■■■■■ something up. I won’t go more into this part, but if it was him he was a trash bag of a person.
The last thing is they can’t balance anything properly because they continuously keep adding new classes, gear, enhancing, trans, ichoring, all the stuff that make it hard to balance because it keeps changing. That and the fact that it is the same people pvping and while other people may start playing and trying it out, someone will find something, and try to exploit it so they can win, and people will harass if “bad” and “Don’t play TBL anymore” which makes a game not fun, which is why people play games in the first place.
