Through our past experience, we’ve discovered what we call an optimal player-per-server ratio to allow pleasant gameplay. After looking at the data, we’ve decided to be more conservative than usual and lower the player-to-server ratio in order to make sure that there will be no waiting queues as we promised.
We will have additional servers on standby in case there is a sudden influx of players when the servers open. An announcement will be made 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to opening those servers in such case.
Us, players, who purchased EA, we’re really happy that you, IMC, is utilizing an “OPTIMAL” solution to a high player-base. Since we are just players, we leave it to you devs to do what is right for a pleasant gameplay, as you said…so why the HELL am I lagging? so this is your definition of pleasant gameplay, huh. Why the **** am I in a 1000+ queue if you had “ADDITIONAL SERVERS ON STANDBY”? Where are those servers??

First impression is very important for a young game.
There are players who will not waste their time and explore the game if in the first place, you cannot provide these players a server to play on.
And please, stop saying BS about an additional server when you cannot provide one during high player peak.
