Hi @tonyostark! Yes. There are players who were already been banned due to use of third-party programs such like VPN. Please stay away from it. 
May I ask you why VPNs are considered illegal?
thank you for your response. I think iām not the only one who would truly appreciate it if anyone from the admin would shed some light regarding the principles behind this policy. Other MMOs do not tag VPN/tunneling services as illegal as far I know. Iām from SEA and unfortunately, those who have the same ISP as i am - and even those from nearby countries - are probably experiencing pings that are far from ideal and - i think this is worth noting - the fact that normal attacks are highly affected by pings limits the playersā gaming experience significantly. To some extent, our hands are tied here. the physical location of the servers keep us from being able to play under ideal conditions (ie. good ping). Are there alternatives that the admin suggests we can resort to?
I think @GM_Francis tried to say: it is better stop playing, than investing time running the risk of being banned
Type in Silute is only playable using vpn (except during the night that is unplayable anyway), but you use may end up being bannedā¦
undeniable as long as the servers were re-opened, it lost a lot more players instead of entering new and the only solution may be banned.
Am i wrong @GM_Francis ???

I agree i cant play in SA Silute without wtfast is impossible and even with wtfast my ping is 100 - 120 what can i say if i cant play anymore with wtfast i will stop playng oh hell no i will play at 200 ms.
Just to you know the money that i alread spend on wtfast is enough to buy more than 1000 TP points like a lot others south america players did it, is your loss in money that you guys could have get because you guys took out from SA server to put in a US server what can i say i will play with wtfast until i get banned and if that happens well goodbye TOS lets spend this game money on hookers ^^ ( just one point prostitution on Brazil is Legal suck that americans and is cheap too like 20 bucks fo 00:30 until you cum ^^ and even for that price they are hot as fuck)

why would it be though? other MMOs donāt ban VPN and if itās for the purpose of playing with improved ping rather than bypassing a regional restriction, i donāt see why it should be illegal.

erm uhhā¦ i dont think you understood my point. in the first place the question was sort of rhetorical or at least directed to admins since itās not for us to decide the legality of VPNs.
thatās why iām asking them to at least justify such policy.
and when i said in my previous post āthatās why iām askingā, i mean thatās the only thing we could come up with - some sort of just-accept-it-like-mindless-zombies kind of mentality.

agree. though knowing all the seemingly wrong decisions with almost every game feature/mechanic and some hints of laziness in game design, this isnāt too out of the ordinary.
