Title says it all, keep getting party finder groups with a higher level wanting to speed clear when rest of party says no. Then they either A solo clear it or B afk, taunt, spam chat or otherwise just be rude during the whole run while not doing anything.
They need to put in a vote system to kick or to block a player from getting rewards in a run for not being helpful.
Also that whole “well solo entering does not work” is also dumb. Players that out level a dungeon can simply start there own party then enter solo making that arguement invalid. That being said they do not even need to invite anyone to there “party” to enter it solo, simply just make a party through the party tab.
