Looks like Falconer 3 will do exactly as theorized… anyone else can double confirm this?
unfortunately it doesn’t look like preemptive strike procs on auto attack, instead it just procs once every 5 seconds, which isn’t that great.
Aiming + Circling seem pretty great though.
