URGENT! Stuck in the loading page forever for my characters

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
It stuck in the loading page when I login with my other 4 characters

same here, main characters stuck in loading screen

same here, it looks fine until I change lodge

my buffs are overlapping on my character name

My friend is having the same issue.

Cleric2>Diev3>Miko>Priest3

could you guys state your classes too so we can figure the possible cause?

Last time shinobi broke in CM where when you get crashed/dc there’s a high chance you won’t get the CM debuff(therefore can rejoin a cm again)

Besides the black screen the loading also takes forever. This is a messy patch

Got it, we already sent the possible information we could grab to the devs about the current situation, but to narrow this down faster, we need more information, if anyone didn’t sent the ticket, please provide us with detailed information so we could take care of this faster.

already raised a ticket <the issue is when you log in and try to start game you see only loading screen and it crashes, or if we wait for some time we can only see black screen, i tried it a few times and sometime even after waiting some more time after black screen i see the char but same issue arises when i try to change map.

I also suffer from this with my pyro kino enchanter.
The other characters can log in, but it takes a lot.

i Got stucked on only 1 of my chars.

18 chars, only first one from first lodge part can not log in.

I already tried removing/changing pet/mount. Still stuck at loading screen -> crashing.

Btw, the chats are a mess up too, cannot open them or they are just dead, like guild chat.

Just re install the game. I did it and now its perfect

Reinstalled the game, still stuck on the loading screen. That’s pretty much it for me, game was already freezing all the time.

My char is shinobi in silute (SA)

My english sucks and i cant send my ticket in english.
