I also have one of my toon stuck at loading screen, I sent ticket, hereā€™s the reply I got.

i dont think specs has anything to do with it since this bug doesnt happen to all of my characters. itā€™s a shame that it affected to the one im curetly levelling too ; w ;

chat is also wonky

thereā€™s this weird feel when i load to a town, everything is blank first, then slowly loads everything up

Okay, I summarized what we have until now and share what we found to the devs, many of the solutions seems scattered and even the one who faces symptoms too, so far we are checking suspicious spots we found in the systems, but until then if anyone else found working solution please share us so we might track back from there

So far that I have tried with these methods and they are not working (still stuck in the loading page, never get any black screen or load into the map after waiting for several minutes):

  1. Verify integrity of game files before I re-install the game
  2. Re-install the game without any add-on
  3. Switching lodges for the issue characters
  4. Login with different computer with different network

Iā€™m also checking system informations and datas if there is any common ground on this one.
So far we received 23 tickets about this matter. I hope we receive more to check it out.

We would like to request about this issue, after receiving this hotfix, continue to send us their lastreply files from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay

Managed to log in to Klaipeda for some minutes, but as soon as I entered an instance through the group finder, I got stuck on the loading screen again. Got the lastreplay file here, but you canā€™t upload anything other than an image on the forum, soā€¦

How do you want the lastreplay file uploaded and sent? Support ticket only has a button to upload an image.

Please upload your lastreplay file on a separate file sharing site and send us the link.

Sent dropbox lastreplay* , cā€™mon guys adjust your support ticket page to allow non image and a reply(!!) button

this problem need solution after few hours, not few days or weeks, but staff and support so slow for work

well at least i was able to level my pardoner to 319 before happens, too bad i wasnt able to enjoy the fruits of my labor ; w ; and an 8x exp tome might get expired if left unused for a couple of more days

Long armnand is the the problem or one of them, i got a char wihtout that problem (Freezing loading screen) and bouhgt one long armband (cause was the idea of one friend, 3 of their chars have this problem and all was equipated with it, same with my only char stucked on loading screen). then i equipated and yeah my char have the rip bug of loading screen and canā€™t log in anymore with it.

at the end of the video it got stuck on character selection, but it was freeze on loading screen. weird stuffs
