GM Durian knows and talked to me about it before maintenance started but I guess he isn’t the one responding to these requests. He noted to me that he will let the staff know and that they will take a look at it. Why can’t julie return or perhaps someone who could be like her. @GM_Sebastian @GM_Francis

Yeah. I agree! I asked about weird interaction between Krivis Stigma and OoB. I created 2 topics for this, one support ticket and the finally decided to PM em all cause they kept ignoring my question.

Hello there ToS Team,

I encountered a strange interaction between skills ingame. I opened two topics on this matter and asked for help. I contacted the support via a ticket. The response I got was “we will check it” and that’s it, but there’s actually more to it. But since we can’t reply to tickets (and since it seems like the topic is ignored) I decided to contact you directly.

This is the topic in question

Please let us know if this effect is intended. People are holding of creating a krivis2/sadhu because we fear it’s a bug. So, please I kindly ask you to give it a minute and let us know if it is indeed a big or intended effect. Thanks in advance

So, when I wrote that 2nd PM and asked for just a small reply all he did was LIKE my PM.
It’s a slap in the face. I think they don’t even know what we are tying to tell em.
And Divine Stigma is NOT a Sadhu skill!

They need to hire people that actually…:

  1. Speak English.
  2. Play the game. Or at least know enough about it to know wtf players are saying in their bug reports/tickets.
  3. Actually read the goddamn bug report/ticket.

This can’t be stressed enough, I honestly feel like either the responses are automated based on buzzwords or they have people with severely limited english comprehension attempting to guess what an issue involves and then selecting a generic answer from a drop-down menu.

I’d be curious to see if anyone has ever received an actual, non-generic response from a support ticket that specifically addressed unique issues presented in their ticket.

But this is really unacceptable and I’m sorry Synjin, it really sucks for you dude, this needs to stay bumped so people are aware of this huge bug. I know myself, and I’m sure others, have saved their golden anvils to use on some serious end game gear, and how much must it suck if you get an amazing weapon up there and use a golden anvil with 0 potential only to have it break.

Seriously IMC, get it together, and at least have the decency to admit a bug when there is one and fix mistakes like this!

I hope this stays bumped as well since it should give people some awareness concerning the golden anvil breaking items. Imagine if someone used in on their endgame gear at 220+ and suddenly the item they’ve invested their money and time on suddenly breaks because of a bug

Why even have the item in the game if its just gonna lie and break our gear anyways? Truly Hope they fix this for you and prevent it from happening to others. I feel for you

No bruh but I’m totally anxious and concerned about the issue (read the thread backwards, you… LOL) coz in the future I might as well experience the same thing and I want to know if IMC has the capability to solve the issue or not.

We’ll all eventually reach the point where we have zero-potential equips but have tons of golden anvils ready or we’ve already moved on from the game - so this clearly affects everyone.

@GM_Sebastian @GM_Francis can you guys please at least try and replicate this issue and push a hotfix as soon as possible?

@GM_Sebastian @GM_Francis Hot fix please. If it affected me and support clearly does not care about it given their response. Please make this right by fixing both the bug as well as returning my item taht was wrongly decimated by IMC’s glitch on the golden anvil.
