Maintenance Extended in [NA]Klaipeda and [SA] Silute

:3 moving to Orsha last year was the right call …

 now I wonder if going back to klaipeda this month would be smart

“The process of retrieving the affected items shoud take up a long period of time, for which we ask your understanding. We will keep you updated on the situation with further announcements.”

An unspecified amount of time you wont have access to your account. 1 day? 1 week? How long IMC.

Give us a time frame IMC, or you’re risking people asking for refunds on their money.

You need to also give token time back, and extend the events to last at Least 2 days longer to make up for time lost due to your error.

And in the future, don’t punish players for YOUR mistakes. You guys Fudged up. The players weren’t right for abusing the bugs, but YOU were the ones to mess up to begin with. The only thing you have as a company is your reputation. Don’t pin this on the players or you risk losing your reputation, money, and careers, as users vote whether your game is worth their time with their money.

if less people had abused the bug you would be playing already like in orsha…

but people see a weak-point and try to take advantage of it as soon as they can…

maybe they should ad a black friday event to the game where you get to kill and steal from other players >.>

Step 1 - Have absolutely the worst domain management ever by a software company.
Step 2 - Release patch completely untested that has broken drop rates.
Step 3 - Correct patch 2 days later with new patch that fixes the problem and introduces new, worse problem due to zero testing before implementation.
Step 4 - Do nothing about the issue for 12 hours
Step 5 - Freak out and realize people have been farming rare items for half a day and shut down everything.
Step 6 - Blame the players and do some sure to fail reconciliation, give inadequate compensation for lost events and a full day of the server being down.
Step 7 - Mess up said reconciliation and either miss people who got tons of items and/or traded their items away.
Step 8 - …Profit?

You are amazing @justashton. hahahahahahaha

Probably the sole reason it’s taking so much longer.Did IMC make the initial mistake? Yes,but it wouldn’t be taking so long if so many people didn’t take part.Typical bad apples ruining it for everyone else.

when simply killing monsters and playing normally procs the bug, imc = ■■■■■■. So many monster gems dropped for people who were not even exploiding. I was leveling 1 alt, chilling ,got weaver gem and cataomb muscharfang. Everyone got DPK items, cause all monsters have DPK items. Even a lvl 15 doing crystal mines was getting items.

IMC gonna take 2 days to clear “ALL” items obtained.

sure, get 1 rare item yay lucky… < no problem keep it
hey got 2 rare items my lucky day < could happen
hey am on my 5 rare item maybe there is something wrong < you should stop…

now there are people 10+ rare items and they keep going for more < tell me you didn’t know you were exploiting and am kicking you into hell 9

Like people already said, this is a really stupid decision from them. They’re banning people for something so bugged and out there that you could be considered an ‘exploiter’ without even realizing.
You are exploiting the game just by playing it like you normally would. Say you’re at lv 3xx, most people would go to the new 320HG for leveling, but guess what? If you were there leveling, you were abusing it.You created a new character and killed hanamings? Too bad, you probably killed enough to drop more than you can handle before you even realized what could be happening. You just started playing the game and did he same? Welp, tough luck, man.
So, in the end, the only people who didn’t “abuse” according to their own rules of “2 or more dpk itens” are people who didn’t even play the game, meaning that the only way not to abuse a bug they caused was to either not play the game at all, staying in the cities or if you lucked out enough to play only on zones that weren’t affected, which is unlikely.

Oh and you traded itens? Did you happen to drop something you had no use and decided to help a guildmate? You suddenly dropped 2 of X item and shared with your friend? You suddenly got 2 rare itens and just rushed to the market to sell asap with the 2 hour wait time? Hey, sure,we have a special ban just for ya.

If anything this is as laughable as anything else IMC does. They never ban people when needed, but when THEY screw up, the players are the ones who pay with the servers off for 12+ hours and with some whatever rewards for compensation.I’m just gonna sit back and look at the steam charts to see how much the game will drop after IMC shot their own foot on this one.

Any money. Doesn’t matter what it was spent on. You buy TP in this game, or cash points in ANY game in order to be able to play it. If you can’t play it for whatever reason, and you can’t obtain the services you paid for, then its not unreasonable in any sense that you couldn’t get your money back.

Barista messed up your coffee? You can ask for a refund.
Runs all over the shirt you just bought? Refund.
etc.

It doesn’t matter what it is, if you paid for it and didn’t get the service you expect, you are typically able to get a refund through the service provider. If all else fails, and you prove to your banking company that you did not receive what you paid for, they will likely issue you the funds back into your account and take up an issue with the service company themselves through courts (banks won’t want to take on losses themselves unless its a negligible dollar amount).

The fact that orsha is up goes to show how low the population is in comparison.

As others have stated, people got drops from literally just playing the game. The only way you could not have exploited anything, was to not play.

It wasn’t so much a matter of less people abusing it as it was a matter of such a drastically different population size.

what i mean is, they will go account per account taking out items, noone even the “casuals” will be let with more than 1 rare. So this maintenance is gonna take a lot of time
