A week passed and I still not get an answer of tickets that I sent regarding this problem. I did not get the rest of the TPs spent to buy the battle bird pet, which was removed from the game, despite the staff have said in last week’s announcement that all were rewarded according.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error, and would like
to announce that all items not meant for sale have been seized. Users
who were able to purchase the items have also been compensated
accordingly to correct this mistake.

I only saw this from other people’s post, the compensation is actually a 100TP + a stats reset potion (not sure why they don’t just give back the full amount)

I received too, but I already have 2 stats reset potion. I just want the total amount of tp spent, but they just gave 100 tps. I have no interest in a third potion.

Ya, I feel the same way as well when I saw that post, the stats potion is only useful for people who need it, for those that doesn’t, it’s not worth the other rest of the TP they spend(around 150 ~ 200, can’t remember the actual price, but should be 248/288), I guess now you can only wait for the GM/ staff to answer you why they choose to give a stats potion instead of the TP.

Yes, I play only with a main character and I don’t need to reset the status of it. If I need, I have 2 potions for it.

I did not ask for what they gave me.

So far I didn’t see other thread discuss about this yet, I guess only a very small amount of people bought this item. If they still didn’t give you a satisfied answer after another day or two, you can consider asking in general discussion about how other buyer felt about this issue.

Since the more people complain this, the higher chance they will take a better action (but no guarantee though).

This is so unfair IMC, give him back his TPS. You are not doing him a favor, the TPS are his. It’s like stealing people and giving back 50%.

Hey IMC, give his TP in a full pack, 'cause he bought the battle bird pet, not a pack of 100 tp and a stat pot reset, it’s like a crime, you sold something different from what you promissed, based in some error that YOU made and now want’s to give other product without asking if the buyer want it.

I can’t prove it but I do saw that bird cost 30X TP on that day ,not 249 or 298TP. FYI , it also shows 298 TP in Ktos.

You are right, I was with 584 TPs (579 + 5 free TPs), and now I have 386 TPs (100 from “compensation”).

584 - 286 = 298 TPs

Where are the 198 TPs missing?? This is theft and is a serious thing coming from IMC.
