Truth be told,
IMC should refund those players by its full amount of TP
AND IN ADDITION give a compensation for letting this happen in the first place.
instead, they give 1/3 of the amount they spent and call it a day

It is not the first time that IMC put something in TP shop that was not on patch notes. Do you remember the merge patch?
If the item has been removed, the right thing is return the spent amount to the player.
