I completely agree with this comment.
How can they help you if you don’t really help them help you?
Of course they will think it is a “security issue” to give you that info if you don’t provide at least your account or team name in that ticket. It’s kind of the minimum you can do, even if you have 30 or more accounts… i mean, write them down if your memory is fragile, kiddo.
I’ve never been a fan of how they manage the support tickets (gosh, I hate they close every ticket as soon as they reply, no time for even say “thank you, that solved the problem” or anything), but in their place I’d have done the same.
