No I used 30 different steams acc.
My main acc I have 30 slots with 5 lvl 350+ and 20 lvl 170+
I did this because I farmed lvl 170 dg with scout c3 and sr in 2017. Easy 330k in 10 minutes.
With the event (rookie, dlc etc) in 2017 I put in high lvl less them 8 hours to acc to get pract. That time pract is 30/20kk
I got 102221 hours on TOS with 1 account only.If you don’t remember your other accounts then its not important for you.People tend to remember things that’s important to them…just common sense.If it was was too much to remember I would of written it down on my PC Notepad or on a paper.
I hope IMC will soon allow only 1 account because this is just abusing the system and they lose money because players are just avoiding using TP to buy more character slots by just making another account.

Easy solution : “We’ve detected that characters on your account were played while having a cheat program active”. They don’t have to say what program they detected nor what method they used to detect it, but giving the reason why the ban happened is the least they should do, just to give all customers a fair process and know what’s going on.

While I do agree with you. To be honest that’s the same.
Either:
A) Person accepts what they already should have if they were using something fishy.
B) Person will go “I’m not using cheat program, tell me which one”.
It’s usually just a loop that only makes difference for us outsiders while who is actually complaining about should possibly have a list of things they doubt about on what caused their sanctions.

Did you play many of your alts in the same time like a party of 5 when leeching your main runs? If so, how?
I’ve been banned in other MMORPGs for misunderstandings, such as in Ragnarok Online where once i lost internet connection, got it back but with a different IP, logged back in and got banned for “suspicious activity due to sudden IP change”… at least there the Gravity support showed some understanding after i explained them why my IP suddenly changed and i got unbanned. After what i read about IMCs support i can’t say i’m confident that i can expect the same pro-customer treatment from them.
Personally, i couldn’t care less whether x3rac0la7 did something fishy, i’m more concerned about IMCs support behavior and what happens whenever IMC spontaneously decides to ban me or one of my friends for some arbitrary reason, even for accidental reasons or misunderstandings, and when i ask them “Why did you ban me?” they’ll just answer “sry cant tell you lol, security reasons. kthxbye”.

No I play acc 1 at time
Random acc ban no sequencial and with all acc I just do dg 300 and saalus
I acumulated 20kk silver with every acc.
I dont transfered to any acc the silver, just farming e leave there.
I will transferer to main acc sometime xD
Maybe this is the reason the imc ban me.
But is not ok because I dont commited any irregularity (Yet?)

@Rob-Mar Quite a few players don’t have forum accounts, though. Since creating (having) a steam account doesn’t mean you’d have a forum account automatically.
I myself didn’t bother making one (since I quit before this new forum was implemented) until I got back, even though I have a 2016 account.

I agree the fact that it would be nice to know why your banned in the first place because maybe it’s a mis understanding that can be remedied or a lesson to learn for you not to repeat the same mistake.
Not everyone reads all the rules…I don’t lol but sometimes common sense doesn’t apply to some rules.
Just mean IMC can freely ban players for really no reason and give them the auto message that they cannot share the information in why they banned them.

I only brought primus raffye musket in AH to all acc with the silver from event in 300dg. Nothing more.

I play wow with this feature, lol, allods. Every mmo i play with multiple accounts and I dont have unfair ban.
Yes is farm to my main, but i am not transfered (yet!)
I have friend with alts and they transfered the silver to main acc and no ban lol.
Anyway i will quit this game.

im saying that the part where you made different accounts without maximizing slot purchases is a form of abuse.
the mere fact that additional slots are implemented to be purchased suggest that you do that,
making new accounts so that you don’t have to pay for additional slots is unfair, kind of like tax evasion or something OxO;
think your case may fall under that rule ‘w’/

The problem is not that, the problem is do not speak the reason of the perma ban
So having multiple Accounts is allowed but transfer your gains to the main account is not? #false
My guess is the use of 3rd party software like VMR or others to make your life easier.
Or
You did transfer the gains via marketplace and got punished by RMT.
I know you denie both cases and if u dont lie I also would like to know whats going on 
On EU we have 1 famous player Qwe*** who also has ~50-300 Accounts which he used for Saalus / Dungeon. He also transfered all his gains to his main Account and never got punished.

i think why imc didn’t tell you why is so that people wouldn’t be able to find loopholes for it since the rule is kind of too generic, and you know how “technical” some people can be ‘w’;;;

Seems to me the reply is being sarcastic, the ticket requests you vital data like team name and character name but you didn’t disclose any.
Heck, you made and play 30 accounts, how is enlisting half of them hard?
How are they suppose to check your situation? Magically guess which your banned accounts are?

Needless to say, IMC also most likely can’t really map his steam ID to the username used to log in.
