Unable to play ToS

Hello, mates!

I have some issues with regards to launching the game.
Here’s the catch:

I’ve re-installed the game twice.
Launched game on admin.
Re-launched the game multiple times, logged out of steam and did it again.
Did all of these: Possible solution fix from April 19 and read the whole topic.
Verified integrity of the game cache.

And, none of these solutions work.

So, it does all of that. Ran it without firewall on, too. So, tell me what’s the solution for this? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I thought that was what my problem was, too. But my internet has no problems. It works fine except for ToS. I am able to play other games from Steam, too.

I had this problem twice, I had two solutions use vpn while updating and uncheck and recheck back my founder’s pack.

All you have to do is go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release and delete ‘‘user’’ and ‘‘user_c’’ files.

I tried to do that but it not work. What should I do.
