EDIT: I really don’t want to make any drama so i will not submit this art to the fanart competition, my art not deserve to be one of many amazing art(i give other artists alot of respect) because my art is just a copy pasta more or less. I might try to create a new one if i have enough time

Looks to be parody not plagiarism; does not look traced and alterations from source show that the artist is pretty skilled since everything fits so well.

Yes it’s a parody of that art and I am a big fan of jim murray, my goal is become a comic artist like him, I am not very proud of my art since it just a copy pasta and I have considered a lot about uploading this post

Looks good to me (although admitting to the source material would’ve cleared any suspicion that you have something to hide)!
To be plagiarism it’s gotta be something similar to what windysama pulled off with straight up tracing; this is not that.
i myself has some artwork that imitates my favorite artists kough mogudan kough
just credit the original idea and you’ll be fine

Please mention in your description who you are referencing next time to prevent bad appearance of yourself. (As Sakanagi and kaemonn has said)

The lines are mostly a copy/paste and not submitting it for the contest was a good idea.
But, your colouring work is amazing and fully your own. You should feel proud of that.
I read something on the deviantart facebook page a little while ago that is true for most new artists:
To “find yourself” artistically—and to develop your own style—you need to immerse yourself in reference: other styles, media, ideas. Sometimes you need to try these styles to understand how they work. You might not feel to proud of the stuff you make during this phase of your artistic development, as it has a tendency to very much feel like you are just copying someone else and not making something that is 100% your own, but its an important part of later finding your own style, and drawing by drawing you will be able to find a style that is fully your own.
