why farming for PVP equipment, it should be standardized at the very beginning, PVP have alternative reward to keep the player base growing

you could still have some diversity in PVP, we do not have to restrict to 1 set equipment only, we could have a closet of equipments for ppl to chose from in PVP, and i think we should have an individual set of stat and skill point for PVP, which you could reset each week or some period, and free access to the PVP closet anytime
this system should be completely isolate from PVE stat, so it is PVP focus and wont be abused by PVE player

Would standardized PvP equipment work if some PvE set and equipment bonus wore applied? Like cafrisun bonus line and ice rod +1 cryo skills? Would give reason to hunt equipment in pve but a lv 15 set could be better then a lv 270 as a consequence of the set bonus.
Maybe a increase in 2~5% in the base stats for each star on the equipment so on a base 100 Def armor a player with a 1 star armor would have 102 defense and a player with a 7 star armor would have 114 defense, maybe a further increase based on equipment rarity?
Refinement bonus would be the same as on the pve armor, so that a +5 lv 270 armor gives more stats then a +5 lv 15 armor as a consequence of the price to refine.
Gems would also be applied normally, maybe having halved effects to make it more fair for beginners.
Transcendence would be disabled for obvious reasons
Any kind of direct stat alteration would be disabled (max Peta, lv 270 weapons min-max atk increase, headgear enchantments, additional bonus atk from spears/maces magical atk, aias extra block rate, armor hp increase etc) but the generic equipment would give some bonus based on its type (plate boots giving aoe Def ratio for example)
But extra “gimmick” effects would remain (aias 8% chance to reduce damage, toy hammer explosion, anti property necklaces/ bracelets hidden effect, increase in skill level etc)
Allowing a separate skill tree and stats distribution would make me play pvp (I’m not a pvp fan) but it is way harder to implement, making everybody lv 200 and giving 200 points to distribute would be wonderfull
