There shouldn’t be NDA. There streamers who are showing videos of the 3CBT and nothing has happen to them yet. Maybe there’s Terms of Services when starting the game.

It’s like any other game that has it’s first Closed Beta test. A bunch of people are trying to connect to the servers and all that does is lag the server. Lol.
