Hello,
first of all i really hope someone from the Staff could answer this or give me some insight because im kind of at a loss right now.

So i have bought the founder packs, actually all of them because i was waiting for 3 years for this to come out.
The horrible CPU optimization aside which hopefully could get fixed in about one Year from now i really enjoy the game.
However, with the new servers coming up now im having a kind of bad situation:

I would like to change my Team to another server, Im from Germany but i get 90MS to Klaipeda so ping isnt the issue here, however i prefer playing with people from my country or being in guilds that can meetup and stuff.

The literally only reasons for me to not just go to Fedimian right now is my Team Name and the fact that i’ve spent a lot of those TP already, most of them wasted with Acss-Rerolls because im dumb but whatever.

I heard we are given a free transfer once the server is located in EU which is fine and all but i simply dont understand why it has to be near end may. i figured it might so that the EA’s dont influence the F2P accessers, however IMC decided to release the server yesterday anway.

Can we please get insight on why we have to wait almost 2months when the server is up and ready to go ? If its due to not being able to transfer databases of players that fast then lets have a poll about what to do instead.
I personally wouldnt mind getting my progress deleted as long as i can have my team name and maybe enough TP for a Costume ( i actually like those and bought 2 of them)

there are a lot of things that could be done and i really think IMC should make another Poll about how to settle things. either way 2 Months is just really painful. You cannot keep all your friends and guildmates and bonds you formed ingame which you definitely will form in 2 months so just somehow make it faster.

(another idea; delete progress on Klai/Orsha for those who want to migrate and redistribute EA-Packs if nothing spent or throw in a compensation pack for those who spend some of it (like 200TP and a Token or smth)

why should they give a compensation pack for your mistake of not being able to wait 6 hours for the EU server? why would u spend all of your TP day1? why would u bind it on a server that is over populated?

okok, but i can’t force u to do anything. im just questioning your actions because to me it doesn’t make any sense.

just stay calm and keep playing on your main server. or make a new character on the EU server with what’s left of your TP, or buy some more.

all of the servers right now are in East Coast USA. they are named EU because it is planned for all the accounts there to go to EU server. Like a departing ship still waiting to leave. so it doesn’t matter if u are in klaipeda or EU, you are still in the USA.

the only problem is that klaipeda and orsha has high ping. if u dont like that go to EU server and lose your tp, or wait until IMC makes a free transfer ths month. they dont have to because its not really their fault.

since u spent, about 89$ so far, i suggest you just wait and not complain about the ping.

Hello Saviors!

The services of transferring your Team/Character or unopened DLC Pack to Fedimian server (The EU server) are currently under development. The official start and the details of these services will be posted on our official website soon.

Just reminder, the Team transfer between Orsha and Klaipeda or from Fedimian to Orsha or Klaipeda is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience, it might have caused.

are there any plans for another non-regional server?
how many more servers will be opened on EA?

Will there be anymore NA servers opening up? Preferably one that I could transfer from Fedimian to?

I think it’s horrible that I’m being screwed over sideways because I messed up, started on Fedimian not realizing it was an EU server(It didn’t have (EU) in front of it when I accessed it) and now will have to be stuck there or forgoe the DLC bonuses by starting over on another server(I’ve redeemed the bonuses already). It would be acceptable to take these types of transfers on a case by case basis and let us know where/how to make our case?
