Transfering premium items

I feel as though we should be able to transfer premium items between our own accounts.

Also, this may not be the best outlet, but when I go to messages it says “all outgoing messages have been disabled,” so since it’s related I’ll ask for a staff members help here. I messaged @STAFF_Ethan with my situation. Here was our dialogue.

"Dear ToS staff,

My name is Scott Vukelic (family name in game “Pwnobi” on the Orsha
server). I’m having a game-related issue and I was hoping to be able to
reach out to you.

My primary issue is one related to my constructive criticism revolved
around inter-family item transferring. I purchased the $50 founders
pack, and through my token I have team transfer. I’m very disappointed
in the execution of this feature, primarily to learn I can not transfer
my premium items (Stat Reset Potion to be specific).

If I was aware of this when receiving my founder’s pack rewards, I
would not have redeemed them to that character. I would be willing to
purchase another Stat Reset potion, however it seems that is not an
option available even in the TP shop. Due to the lack of transparency of
this on the ToS’ staff’s part, I was hoping you would be able and
willing to help me. Thank you!

P.S. Other than this and a few other issues (mostly trade related) this game is a 9/10 thank you very much for your hard work!"

Hello @scottvukelic,

I can transfer the potions for you if you haven’t used them. However, please note that I will have to remove them from your current character.

In order to do so please tell me the character that is currently holding the potions and I will remove the potions from it’s inventory and send them via the message box where you can choose to receive them on a character of your choice.

Ethan, thank you so much for your swift reply and simple yet creative solution to solving my problem. The current
character with the potions is the one in my first character slot “Adeo
Pwnobi” and I would like to transfer them to the second character “Sano
Pwnobi.” I would be thrilled if you were able to execute that solution.

I open my founder pack very beginning of the game at Klaipeda server. I really wish I could buy another founder pack or get a fresh founder pack to my current server SEA serv. I wasted my most expensive founder pack on Klaipeda.

The shared vault system in this game that doesn’t let you actually SHARE anything (at best, you trade it amongst yourself, and at worse many important things like premium items are unshareable) is such garbage.
