Staff, good morning.
I had open ticket, the situation posted on the forum and headed for PM Staff_Julie requesting the transfer, since I am Templar and my guild was at war. Thus, it was informed that due to war all the Templars who requested be transferred manually and would not need to open ticket. However, the transfer did not happen. Can you help me?

Folks. I think I deserve at least an answer … Honestly. Are 21 days waiting to be answered my ticket for a failure to you by a company mistake and I’m being injured in a way.
