Please allow one of 2 things:
1.) Medals tradable between characters
2.) Purchase any gender/class outfit on any gender/class.
The restriction is ridiculous in its current state. I should not need to level an alt of X gender, then make all my lottery box purchases on that char (or buy all the things I need to exchange for medals on that char).
