TP unable to claim

Description :

Purchased 100TP on steam and put it on my ‘Senyorita’ account, Varena Server.

Upon logging in, the TP is on the TP box but I am unable to “USE” it. It’s not doing anything when I clicked on “Use”.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1)Purchased 100TP on Steam. Successful

2)Put the 100 TP on my ‘Senyorita’ account in Varena server.

3)I can see the 100 TP in the TP box on the upper right hand side of the screen.

4)When clicking the “Use” button, it’s not tranferring to my bag. It stays there and nothing happens.

Please advise. Thanks!

its been 2 weeks now since i have purchase this TP and its still suck, your support center isnt even responding, what kind of a customer service are you guys running here?

Also seen this is your fault, i would need you guys to provide me a chance to buy the christmas costume. since the moment i bought it, the TP is stuck which cause me to miss it, so in retrospect, i would have been able to buy it.

i would need the female cleric costume, you either take my TP that is in the account to pay for the costume or compensate me for the lost time and endless follow up just to get this fix.

Another day, still waiting for any action on my GF’s TP, she still cant claim the TP we bought since last 2 weeks ago, anybody doing anything?

i help would pretty much appreciated
