TP unable to redeem

Dear IMC,

There is a reason why you are bleeding out players, you cant address a simple problem

we have sent out a support ticket last 3 weeks ago regarding the problem, yet you continue to ignore us, and yet again after posting in the forums to get some help, you still continue to ignore us ( that is 3 weeks without any help from you guys ) we have followed the proper channel to have this get fix and no one is helping us.

Topic has been closed yet no action has been done, i have been tagging your staff and GM in the topic yet no action is being taken from you guys.

well i hope you are happy, you just lost 2 paying customer, alas i will send out a report on my paypal account regarding the TP transaction that we bought yet no one if your freaking company ever help us resolved it, might as well get my money back since you arent even providing the proper service.

you guys are the worse gaming company, i have engage with, i will make sure that no one i know or anybody that is connected within my social community will touch an IMC game ever again.

Description :

Purchased 100TP on steam and put it on my ‘Senyorita’ account, Varena Server.

Upon logging in, the TP is on the TP box but I am unable to “USE” it. It’s not doing anything when I clicked on “Use”.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1)Purchased 100TP on Steam. Successful

2)Put the 100 TP on my ‘Senyorita’ account in Varena server.

3)I can see the 100 TP in the TP box on the upper right hand side of the screen.

4)When clicking the “Use” button, it’s not tranferring to my bag. It stays there and nothing happens.

Please advise. Thanks!

its been 2 weeks now since i have purchase this TP and its still suck, your support center isnt even responding, what kind of a customer service are you guys running here?

i tagged everyone on the last topic but no one bothered to help.

Hi, you could help by sending it to the dev team to find out what’s wrong with players not being able to retrieve their TP consistently?

Is it a bug?
Is it a server issue?
Is it a steam problem?

This has been an ongoing issue since the release of TP back in June 2016.
It’s unacceptable for players to take a chance on purchasing a product they will not receive.

@shinjo_shono_05 We’ve done some extra tinkering on our end, so could you please retry in a bit and see if it works?

@TeamChespin We are aware that this is a extremely inconvenient issue that is causing a lot of pain to players.
As such, we send weekly, sometimes daily logs regarding this to the devs and they are being looked at as well as constantly communicating with Valve to get this issue sorted.
That being said, we do know that none of that really matters to a player who hasn’t been able to receive their TP on time and are extremely sorry about that.

Here is the thing, why did it took this long for you guys to resolve this, we have sent a ticket regarding this matter on the very day we encountered the issue, why does it take posting on the forum to fix the problem/? why cant it be resolved in the support ticket entry? what are you guys doing there. i am sure, im not the only person having this problem and relying on the support ticket they sent out.

the original purpose of this TP is to buy a christmas costume, and guess what, we cant buy it already and the only thing you can say about it is sorry for the inconvience.

I’ll have to check with the team responsible for answering/processing tickets to see why your tickets haven’t been properly processed, but I assume you sent them under the ‘Payment (DLC/TP Bundle)’ category correct? It may have been swamped under other issues if that category wasn’t selected.

As for why we couldn’t answer your previous post, which was 8 days ago, we were a bit overwhelmed by all the VGA error issues etc at that particular period in time. I always try to keep a close eye on any related issues on the forums but…

liked i mentioned on the first part of the thread ethan, there is a reason why you are bleeding people out of this game, specially when it comes to MONEY.

when someone buys a TP and couldnt get it, we get frustrated and eventually lose an interest playing this game. it took 3 weeks approximately to get this resolve, and now we cant buy the xmas costume. it would take a lot of convincing power to get my GF to login again and play her accnt, i will have to check the TP to make sure we get it.

one last thing i want to ask, what tinkering did you do for an account to received is TP?

I’m sorry, but I can’t disclose any specifics regarding that part.
Please understand that even if I try and tell you as vaguely as possible, there may be people that may try and exploit the system based on what I say.
I could of course say something totally unrelated to the ‘real tinkering process’, but that would be lying outright and I would rather say ‘sorry, but no comment’.

i understand, as i was merely trying to ask, if maybe the dev could actually apply that “tinkering” part on a patch to resolve this kind of issue in the future.

Unfortunately, they aren’t compatible solutions. If they were, I suppose such issues wouldn’t occur which would make everyone much happier…

One last thing i wanted to ask is, this TP is suppose to go into buying a xmas custome, and we both know why we cant buy it anymore, since this delay is cause by the IMC side, we would like to have the TP in the accnt be used to get the cleric female xmas costume.

this would greatly help into keeping a few of your player base, the 2 of us that is into buying more TP in the future.

That’s not up to me to decide so I’ll ask about it, but I can’t make any promises…
