TP still hasn't shown up after maintenance

I submitted a ticket, but I’m posting on the forums so the forums aren’t flooded with people posting the same issue.

I have checked my inventory, the TP screen and my lodge’s mail. There is no indication of the TP being anywhere.

For the record, this is only for people who tried to use a SINGLE TP bundle and it vanishing. The multiple TP bundle is a separate issue.

If you have the same issue, please reply to this thread so that they know how many people are still experiencing this problem.

as for the problem itself, I hope it get fixed as fast as possible or at least lt me make you happy by poking @STAFF_Max with a stick :blush:

to check: did you buy the correct regional TP for the server you are playing on?
-if you play on one of the NA servers, you can only use the NA tp packs.
-if you play on one of the SEA servers, you can only use the SEA packs
-etc.

…if you bought the wrong kind, request a refund, and get the right type. the TP Packs are refundable for 48 hours, as long as they have not been used.

did you make sure that the payment process completed correctly?
it was not rejected for some reason… it is not still recorded as “processing” ?

you completed both steps of the purchase process?
-step 1: add funds to Steam Wallet
-step 2: authorize purchase of the TP bundle

open your steam client, and at the top right, near the close/minimize/etc buttons, you should see your Wallet balance (if it’s greater than 0.00). if you suddenly have a large balance, you’ve failed to complete step 2; authorize the purchase.

Thank you for the reply. To answer your questions, I did ensure all of the above. The bundle I got was for the correct region (NA in my case), I also received two separate emails from steam. One to inform me that the correct amount of funds had been added to my steam wallet, the other to inform me that the payment went through successfully for the bundle. The bundle did appear in-game in the appropriate place. However when I tried to accept it, it disappeared and did not appear to have any effect.

Here are the exact steps I did so that everyone will know if they had the same issue as me:

  1. Bought a TP bundle off of steam.
  2. Confirmed that steam can add funds to my wallet of the appropriate amount.
  3. Confirmed that steam used the wallet funds to buy the appropriate TP bundle.
  4. Logged into the game.
  5. Logged into a character.
  6. Pressed the TP button at the top right of the screen.
  7. THE TP BUNDLE SHOWED UP.
  8. Clicked on it in order to add the TP to my inventory.
  9. Clicked confirm when asked if I was sure I wanted to.
  10. The TP bundle disappeared from the TP screen.
  11. Checked inventory: The TP had NOT been added, nor was there an item in my inventory to add the TP (some people said there should be a treasure chest in the Premium section. There was not).
  12. Relogged.
  13. Checked the mail in lodge: There was none.
  14. Repeated step 11 and 12 several times. Same results.
  15. Waited 6 hours and repeated step 11. Same results.

I did talk to many people in game and here are a couple of things people can try if there’s hasn’t shown up.
Relogging
Waiting a few minutes
Checking to see if you have a TP treasure chest in the Premium section of your inventory
Checking the mail at the top right hand side of your lodge
Ensure you bought the TP bundle for your region
Ensure that you got two emails from steam (one to add funds to your wallet, the other to confirm the funds were successfully spent on the TP bundle).

This thread is for people with the following problem:
They bought a SINGLE TP Bundle from steam. The purchase successfully went through. The attempted to claim the TP bundle in game. It disappeared but did not add the TP.

I have just received the TP. It showed me a message in game that said “TP has been reset”. If you receive this message, it means you should have received the TP.

If you have had your issue fixed as well, please respond so others have hope. :slight_smile:

Yes. Im from SA and i bought the right one(PagSeguro on steam or BoaCompra, dont remeber exactly which one steam used). The emails all arrived, confirming and all that stuff. I’ll update if it has arrived when i go home.

sending ticket after ticket at them isn’t going to make anything go faster.

in fact, the only real effect it could have is to slow them down because they have to keep checking to see what all these new tickets are about.

this is incorrect – the TP packs go directly to your TP total.
using the DLC’s in the past -did- give you a “Premium Chest” that needed unpacking, but that isn’t the case with TP-only packs.

this is good… unusual that it took so long tho.

I bought a single pack TP for SEA and has not received anything in-game for 2 -3days.

I’ve done everything correctly and i’ve received 2 emails from steam of the succesful purchase yet there is no news in the game for me. T_T
I am abit disappointed as i thought maybe there was a delay but 2-3 days was horrible. Steam has said the purchase was received on their end and it is left for Tree of Savior group to resolve this problem.

I just purchased enough tp for a single coin. I have confirmation that my payment went through on steam and confirmation that my purchase of tp went through as well. No tp is showing on my account. I will wait 24 hours but if this is an issue i will simply ask for a refund.

first; did you check the TP button in game? (or if you have the mod that hides it, did you use the /tp command, in normal chat?)
TP from purchases is stored in the TP inventory until you claim it in game. if you claim it on one server, it will not be available on another one, and so on.

2nd; did you make sure you purchased the correct -region- of TP? TP packs for EU are only usable on Fedimian. TP packs for SEA are only usable on Varena/Telsiai. etc. if you are living in the SEA region, but -playing- on NA servers, you must purchase the NA TP.

3rd; if you checked the TP inbox, and you checked that it was the right region…
have you filed a ticket? they aren’t going to magically just -know- about your problem, you have to tell them.

Problem Solved. I did send in a ticket, and got a reply at which point i logged out of my client and logged back in and there it was. They did however mention that there was a delay in claiming TP. So I advise people who are not getting theirs right away to be patient.
