@jeffrey @larph @montewsn to check: did you buy the correct regional TP for the server you are playing on? -if you play on one of the NA servers, you can only use the NA tp packs. -if you play on one of the SEA servers, you can only use the SEA packs -etc. …if you bought the wrong kind, request a refund, and get the right type. the TP Packs are refundable for 48 hours, as long as they have not been used. did you make sure that the payment process completed correctly? it was not rejected …
