TP Spending Limits

So, I buyed some tp today but I can’t spend because of these restrictions ???… Idk why imc implemented it, I don’t see any need

Please remove this restriction, I tired to wait all of you solve so simple problems :confounded:

There is a new restriction for the amount of TP that can be spent. Send a ticket under “Payment” and “Raise TP Spending Limit” to have the restriction removed early and to get more information.

i sent in a ticket to get the restriction removed and the reponse just sent me links to the latest patch notes and the monthly tp spending limits -_-;

We are currently processing users who requested that their restrictions be removed. If you received a link, we ask that you send another ticket so that we can be 100% sure your request is processed. :grin:

I have sent 2 tickets and neither answer indicated that it was being processed, do you have the means to check?

If you would like your restriction to be removed, please make sure to send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” >> “Reset TP Spending Limit” category :kissing_heart:

Hi, Could you please check my tickets, I submitted 2 already. They usually email me when they receive the tickets, now nothing, nada. Please at least let me know that you got my request. Thanks

Please understand that we are working hard to process all tickets received and that this will take some time but we will get to them all! Just remember we also have to respond to and possibly prioritize Support Tickets for users that may be facing other issues.

Please consider to remove this restriction.

Just ask for a refund, it’s even an insult to go through an investigation, sendind tickets and such, when you’re spending money in something that should be delivered and ready to use immediately.

Let’s asume I have 300+ accumulated trades and my token expires before I was able to use another one, I’d lose all my trades and start with 30? No Sir, that’s not right, it’d be a scam.

Well, I just hope all this “processing” gets done reasonably quick enough.

I believe a simple check of a customer’s purchase history that shows no chargebacks or any signs of fraudulent activity is proof enough that the account is legit. I don’t see how hard that can be.
