I’m beginning to believe IMC just makes these ridiculous changes to intentionally cause issues so that the staff is able to keep busy. Wouldn’t it have just been easier to apply a restriction to the handful of accounts that they saw as problematic, rather than deny the entire population and then need to go through and individually un-restrict basically everyone?
IMC logic.
The lack of consideration of the IMC by its clients is much more than I imagined, I was blocked for giving money to the company and still leave me waiting for my case to be resolved, I think the name of the game should change from Tree of Savior to Tree of Clowns, because that’s how I’m feeling with the neglect of the company.
I think it’ll take a few days… I sent mine day 5, and nothing yet… Meh… They don’t want my money, I’ll give it to another company…

I submitted another Ticket to raise or better yet remove my monthly spending limit. It was resolved a few days ago but now the spending limit is back again. I appreciate the help. Thanks!

You should be able to spend your TP normally without a limitation.

What do you mean, we can not release the TP limit?
I made the purchase through bank transfer, other purchases I made, these last months I placed approximately 5k tp and will not release the use of them, ok.
So please, I would like to get back the money that I have available at TP currently since I will not be staying in a game where I do not have the right to use what I bought.
I’m waiting for the money to be reversed.

Dear IMC,
I am appalled and very disappointed as I have purchased over 1700 with of TP, and reset DLC pack costing me few hundred SGD$ in total through my own credit card but I cannot even spend the TP till today.
I have sent in so many ticket regarding this, maybe around 6-7 ticket BEGGING you all to allow me to even spend the TP which I have purchased with real life currencies but up till now I am still am not allowed to spend it.
I hope any of you can resolve this issue as soon as possible because it is so unfair for people to be able to purchase something and NOT able to use. And my account is not new I have plenty of other games and now I am losing out on the goddess cube event because of the limit.
