you need to chill. The difference in between +11 and +16 is like 5% compared to pre-rebuild 20%++. People just want the Diamond Anvil to make their weapon shiny.

Fine. Name me 50 people who have a +30-40 weapon on your server. The game is moving towards GvG content which means you can have a group of people gang up on the +30-40 weapon user. Trust me they are not invincible. If you are well geared, you just need to get better at strategies. You say like its so easy to get +30-40, even with multiple accounts and tons of cash. Dont forget that velcoffer weapons are time gated too and once they run out of people selling the weapon they want, and they still dont get the +30-40, then what now?? +30-40 weapon doesn’t mean they cant be killed. You just need to play better and smarter. a +16 weapon and proper PVP build can stand a chance too. Stop over-reacting over diamond anvils.
