TP and Items transferrable OR Circle Reset

I screwed up on my build and knowing Circle reset may not happen at all. I have decided to create a new character after having a lvl 245 character.

After creation, my TP and premium items are non-transferrable. This is absurd!

I would want either a Circle Reset or make my REAL MONEY (TP) and premium items transferable. This is pure greed from them.

Preparations are also being made to allow TP Items to be transferred through the team warehouse.
