Has the problem been fixed? I just got through the quest lines past Cobalt Forest and I’m missing Torn Diary 2 instead of 4 like most people here

This is the one thing they are trying to prevent in all quests, actually.

You can end up disconnecting or bugging out and not be able to loot the said item if this were the case.

I’m missing Torn Diary (part 2), I’ve got 1,3,4. Is this a bug or I missed something along the way? Searched the forum & found others with similar issues but no solution or clue to where to get it. Btw I’ve completed the Cobalt Forest quest already & explored/farmed the place several times but still no luck T.T :sob:
