I made a new character yesterday and got all 4 parts of the diary. Its seems they fixed this quest for new characters who are taking the quest but older characters made since the opening of servers on March 29 have no Torn Diary 4

Has the problem been fixed? I just got through the quest lines past Cobalt Forest and I’m missing Torn Diary 2 instead of 4 like most people here
