Tree of Savior Forum

Tommorw is a new work day

Yeh, he’s been around

https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/boycott-the-game-until-they-fix-it

He’s been there.

Yup, nobody knows how reallity works, except you. It’s not like you are going on a rampage on the forum cause everybody is bashing your precious game/company.

You even deny the fact that this game failed hard, cause it’s a fact now. If Steam reviews goes to mixed, it’s a very bad sign, almost a disaster for a game. You still managed to deny that living in your own imaginary world.

Also, I told you that at a workplace like that, there are shifts, moderators even for weekends. If IMC don’t have a guy for that, it’s unprofessional, nothing else.

Whatever you say is irrelevant, cause it’s pretty much obvious that you are around 15-19, trying to act like the smartass here, and saying things out of blue. I mean, you can’t sell this bullshit to adults, cause we are immune to that. You can impress the little ones and the fans by that, but everybody knows the harsh truth: You are just a wanna be Savior of this Tree. Drop the act, it’s annoying.

ah so its just another one of those type of idiots. i guess

Free to play games make more money than subscription based games you know, and they have staff up all the time, and they are rolling in cash from all the dlc they just sold.

If they really do have nobody working on the problem right now thats really unacceptable. Though im sure they do, even though they come across as lazy.

and rampage not really… i am trying teach most of u idiots. who know nothing. about programming or anything close to.

i like the game and i am trying to play it but i atleast dont whine like u and the rest of these kids… i never expect a game to work 100% under release atleast not a mmo.

smartass? sorry but i am not. i only only talk about things i know kiddo… and no i am older then u ever get. implying that i am 15-19? lol seeing that makes me wonder your age… ops? your maybe 15 then haha. try again failur.

alot of us know how it works but its clear that alot of idiots like u and 70% in this forum barely know how programming work

Can we all just appreciate for a moment that some keyboard warrior jumped on the forums and began randomly using the word “kid” as a derogatory word to a group of people he/she doesn’t know and can’t even manage a single capital letter?

Judgy much.
You’re entitled to your opinion but let other have theirs. Now if your opinion is to tell them to shut up well, thats how wars start.

They only released the game earlier thinking people would stop crying if they got an early access.
It’s their fault yeah, for listening to the endless cries of kids in this community.

also wrong there are no games that has 24/7 staff not even blizzard…

I CAN MANAGE CAPITAL LETTER AM I AN ADULT NOW

Programming has nothing to do with the game management and planning ahead. Not to mention with player support, communication and server issues.

Honestly, drop the act, it’s annoying. Do not act like somebody who knows something, when you are clearly just a fanboy.

Say that: “I like this game, I don’t care what happens, because I like them, and screw you guys if you hate it!”

It’s ok, I’m a big fan of Foo Fighters too…

@simonlvschal Stop being stupid please. 24/7 support only means that they are here each day. Blizzard support is actually here 24/7. If they have server problems any time of the week, they will surely there to handle it. Of course player/personal problems sometimes takes 10-15 hours to deal with, but it has a big playerbase, so no wonder.

Also, even Riot is like that. You wont see any problem without an announcement and “working on it” text. It takes 30 min to acknowledge the problems at max.

eh yes it does idiot…

alot of u people cried to get early game release

company listen and release

people rages over bugs that would have been fixed.

and what act? i am neither a fanboy or acting,

it’s funny to see what u kids today think. Sorry but get a life and a job please… and then come back.

whats even more funny is seeing how u stupidly think someone acts when he /she talks about something he/she knows

Actually… you have A MINIMUM of two teams…

You don’t EVER have your team that is creating new content also working to fix bugs for released content. That’s poor business design at the LEAST.

No I agree with you, software development isn’t easy. And some of these bugs may be harder to fix than we think.

I’m not defending them for releasing something to people when its clearly in a bit of a rushed state. But at the same time I think it’s important for everyone to be realistic and give them time to sort it out, it is the weekend after all.

well not body force you to play the game i buy 9.99 and after thas 50$ en i still love the game yea lag issue are something and COMMANDERLOADFAIL
are … but this IS SPARTA… ee i mean EARLY ACCESS not the final release
we are the tester we buy it to have access RIGHT NOW but it early so they have some work to do for sure… and i hope it gonna be better soon

Depends what you mean by staffed. If a server goes down there is someone fixing it immediately. There are CSR/GMs on hand to fix game breaking issues at all times in mmos going back to the 90s (such as getting stuck and needing to be teleported). There are people, representing the company, in some way accessible at all times.
Those people are the games staff. So for you to say no game is staffed 24/7 is just incorrect, all major mmos are.

What do you mean by beta? they already released it on the market as the actual game it doesn’t even call itself beta anymore.

Never. Ever. Release a game if you’re not willing to deal with the feedback and whiplash of known bugs that should be resolved before launch.

Defending this mentality is exactly why companies continue to do it…

“Give it to them. What can they do? White Knights will defend us into ignorance anyways!!!”

no its beta… actually forced release cause of the community…

the game was suppose to have 3 months more of beta

I’m pretty sure the top game on steam, Dota 2, has staffs to respond to critical bug almost 24/7.

That’s an example of having competent staff. While they are bad in communication, you can actually expect them to fix bug and balance the game decently. While the community is whiny as fuk, they actually listened to the community and make changes in time. We complain about Dota 2 all the time but we still believe in the dev.

I just can’t believe in IMC doing things right because they never deliver.
