Token privileges or non-token punishment? Please, be nice

Yes. It is enough for me. But I think that the game should have more things to do solo and also give more rewards.

This wasn’t a problem back then when token was cheaper. New players could buy one by the time they reach around lvl 100.

Because there is no offline version of this game, probably. I would prefer it, if it was an option.

Edit: As Kalahari said, some people are TOO serious about the game. Partying with some people = unending drama.

I think I got traumatized after some other MMO I played…

The only issue with token imo is the fact that it’s the only way to access a team storage and a bank. I could deal with it better if they allowed widthdrawls after tokens died. I’d say everything else is a fair dock.

I can see what you’re saying by it putting a little divide in the community, though. Dungeon runs and stuff are always inconsistent because of it, and I got waaaaaay ahead of some people I was playing on my new archer with. I don’t think it’ll be removed though, so it’s best if you just find a static party to play with I suppose.

the only problem is team storage access. We should be able to access it even without token, else all the silver stored in there and token expires, we cant withdraw em to buy another token. Other than that everything is fine with it.

Speedrunning newbie events can let your new account to level 290 in matter of days if you really play like 12 hours a day, but the bad thing is you get fu-ked on silvers.

Expect that a lot of level 200+ that do not get good in team work or bad equipments because they missed the training spots from questing or normal dungeons because you skip them and skip the “silver farming” phase as well…

Maybe the first one, after that, so long as you actually play the game within the next 30 days you have with your first Token active, you’ll be able to comfortably make enough to buy your next token, and so on and so forth.

Everything I wrote above is based on experience. My founder’s packs were opened in Telsiai and I made a Varena team with no TP/premium item(s) to start with.

I haven’t lost my [Token] active status since I’ve purchased my very first one with Silver I made from general gameplay.

H**K is the answer for that. :sunglasses:

You don’t directly like mmorpg. You like rpg in general.
The mmo in the mmorpg that you like is just an rpg with a bonus ‘connect to others’ if you feel like it, not the mmorpg= ‘life in a virtual sandboxed world with others’.

i like the way you do and a lot of my friends do the same too. no problem at all. the problem is not the game but it’s how you play.

Having a token is supposed to give you an advantage.

Not having a token shouldn’t deprive you of basic mmorpg features

I don’t socialize either as well as my wife. I’m quite happy playing with her and talking to one or two people in my guild. Comes along with the introvert turf.

She gets upset when people start taking the try-hard ordering people about role in Uphill for example, when she’s on her pyro-linker. Because she’s not 100% efficient with her positioning of certain pyro skills.

I used to be like that, but then I just didn’t really care.

So ya, I really see where Kalahari is coming from.

My main complaint would be access to team storage.
It’s like holding all my characters hostage to their own closet and can’t trade some shirts to each other when they all clearly live in the same house. Not to also mention the limited trade count per token. 30 trades per month?!

Players need to store their silver away when entering higher maps to stay alive, but can’t access their own silver when their token runs out.

Tree of Need to have Token active 24/7/365

I could care less about the extra dungeon runs, less dailies slaving away…which doesn’t help when you get RNG dc’ed imc style.

They’re actually making team storage a non-token feature, token will give you more slots.

I’ve heard about that rumor.
Not soon enough.

Will they also remove the 30% auction house tax?
It’s a deterrent for new players without a token yet.

And then your have a post about how token player get more slot.

If you cant afford the silver for a token, how did you afford the gear for earth tower?

I still find it questionable that you can’t deposit your silver w/o a token. That has been a basic MMO feature in any F2P MMOs I played before…

token is the only thing that i don’t care about in the market
it’s tradeable and in the server that i play on it’s for 2.8~3m
so anyone that have chat level 270 and more can farm for it in less then 6 hr
if noob char it can be famed too but longer time like 1 week at the most ?
after you have token don’t loss it and always have an extra one in your bag

see the other things
companions
skill reset
and other things
untradeable = you can’t get them atall without paying = the what annoys me the most

With new players come new problems. People breezing through the levels are not farming enough silver.

I am a new player as well and have played TOS about 3.5 weeks now and I was finally able to afford a token. Now I can easily farm silver for more tokens in the future. During my 270 levels, I never saw the need for a token. But now that I have one, it does have it’s advantages but it is easily obtainable at 270+.

The companions are bad even for players who pay, they are not cool. The only nice companions in this game are the hamster and red panda

did you see what the Penguin give states ? and how many armors and weapons can wear ?
i don’t care about the look
and you even can ride it lol even without the skill
