After writing several tickets to TOS support and getting robot replies. I finally decided to write to steam. This is the reply I got. I suggest everyone who didn’t get their Veteran’s pack after waiting a month or weeks. Contact steam at least you can get your money credited back to your steam wallet and purchase other stuff.
PS: game developers or whoever is in charge. Your support is useless might as well decommission it.
Make sure you guys register first for a steam support account
As someone who works as a support on a certain gaming platform. You can request a refund for an item that was already taken out of the online store.
PS: Don’t try to scam their support and claim something that is not true or else you’ll end up banned for fraud.
